Overview
The mortgage process is often complex, bureaucratic, and emotionally taxing. My role was to reshape the digital experience. Transforming a dead-end, rigid system into a seamless, user-friendly journey. By streamlining processes, reducing friction, and aligning the flow with the bank’s positioning as the most user-friendly bank, we empowered users to navigate their mortgage applications independently. The result: a faster, more intuitive experience that left users feeling confident and accomplished, without needing a banker's assistance.

Overview
The digital loan process was redesigned to align with the bank’s existing design language. A new approach allowed users to combine multiple loan types with different interest rates and durations into a single, streamlined process. The updated flow balanced the bank’s goal of promoting fixed-interest loans with user needs, ensuring a transparent and user-friendly borrowing experience.

Overview
This project explored how behavioral science can enhance UX design through ethically applied digital nudges. The result is a practical framework and an interactive website that presents a curated nudge catalog, real-world examples, and structured guidance. A supporting tool was also developed to help designers apply behavioral techniques based on user goals and ethical considerations.

Overview
Swish is a SaaS-based gift ordering system designed to simplify and streamline the process of purchasing and distributing gifts for organizations. I designed a self-service experience covering the entire journey, from the bidding process to final checkout, enabling businesses to independently manage corporate gifting in a clear, guided flow. In the second phase, I created a back-office system for the client’s sales and operations teams to manage bids and orders internally. These processes, previously handled manually, are now fully digitized, giving organizations greater autonomy while keeping internal workflows efficient and structured.
